This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the person/company placing an order through the website (hereinafter referred to as the BUYER) regarding the distance sales agreement to be established between ÜÇ S İZOLASYON ELEKTRİK VE İNŞAAT MALZEMELERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER) and the BUYER.
By approving this form, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all technical, commercial, and delivery information related to the products they intend to purchase.

Payment and Delivery
The order amount shall be collected through the payment method selected during the order process.
Delivery may be made via:
Cargo company
Logistics company
Factory delivery
Unless otherwise specified, products shall be shipped within a maximum of 30 days.
Sales Model
The products offered by the SELLER are industrial insulation products intended for technical and industrial use.
These products are sold:
For use in production lines
For technical application purposes
Within the scope of commercial activities
By placing an order, the BUYER accepts that the products are purchased for commercial or professional purposes.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
A significant portion of the products offered by the SELLER are custom-made or require technical production processes.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products cut to special dimensions upon the BUYER’s request
Products manufactured with custom density or thickness
Products subjected to taping or lamination processes
Technical production products prepared upon order
These products are evaluated within the scope of withdrawal right exceptions under the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for the following products:
Opened packages
Products with removed protective film
Applied or used products
Cut or modified products
Products that have lost their suitability for resale
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is found to be damaged during delivery, a report must be prepared with the cargo officer.
Products accepted without a report shall be deemed undamaged.
In cases where a manufacturing defect is identified, the SELLER reserves the right to replace the product.
Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this form, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Approval
The BUYER electronically confirms that they have read and understood this preliminary information form and accepted all conditions related to the products ordered.
