DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

Hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”.
1.2 BUYER
The real or legal person who places an order through the website https://3sizolasyon.com.tr and whose identity, address, and contact information declared during the order process are taken as basis shall hereinafter be referred to as the “BUYER”.
By placing an order, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.
The agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
The following information regarding the products subject to sale:

Quantity
Sales price
Payment method
Delivery details
shall be determined based on the information specified on the order screen and order confirmation.
The BUYER accepts that they have reviewed and approved this information before placing the order.
ARTICLE 4 – SALES MODEL (COMMERCIAL BUYER / B2B)
The products offered by the SELLER are technical products intended for industrial use.
Therefore, the BUYER acknowledges and declares that:
the products are purchased within the scope of commercial or professional activities,
the transaction is not carried out under consumer status,
the order constitutes a commercial transaction.
The SELLER may request company information, tax number, or commercial activity details from the BUYER when deemed necessary.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER AND PAYMENT
The BUYER becomes obligated to pay at the moment the order is placed.
Payments may be made through the following methods:
Credit card
Bank transfer
EFT
Other electronic payment methods
If the payment is not completed, the SELLER shall have no obligation to ship the product.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Unless otherwise specified, the ordered products shall be delivered to the cargo company within 30 days.
Delivery may be made via:
Contracted cargo company
Logistics company
Factory delivery
The SELLER shall not be held responsible for delays occurring during transportation.
The BUYER is responsible for checking the products upon delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER. Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery region, country, dimensional weight, and package volume.
ARTICLE 7 – PRODUCT INSPECTION
The BUYER is obliged to prepare a report together with the cargo officer before accepting products with damaged packaging.
Products accepted without an official report shall be deemed complete and undamaged.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
As the products sold by the SELLER are industrial production and application products, the following provisions shall apply.
8.1 Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER accepts that the ordered products:
are technical production products,
are purchased for commercial purposes,
have resale suitability depending on production conditions.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to commercial purchases.
8.2 Non-Returnable Products
Returns shall not be accepted for the following products:
Custom-made products
Products cut according to measurements
Products prepared with special density or thickness
Products subjected to lamination or taping processes
Opened products
Products with removed protective films
Applied or used products
8.3 Defective Products
Product replacement may be made in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect product shipment
Transportation damage
These situations must be reported in writing within 3 days.
After the necessary inspection, the SELLER reserves the right to replace the product.
ARTICLE 9 – FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond control such as natural disasters, war, strikes, transportation interruptions, and supply issues shall be considered force majeure.
In such cases, the SELLER reserves the right to extend the delivery period.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
The BUYER’s personal data shall only be used for order processes within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
ARTICLE 11 – AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 12 – EFFECTIVENESS
By approving the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
