When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the cargo delivery receipt, please check whether there is any damage or issue with the package of your product. If there is any damage, missing content, or opening on the package tape for any reason, return the package to the cargo officer without signing any delivery documents and request an official damage report.

If you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent immediately. We are not responsible for damages or missing items inside packages accepted without inspection or without an official report.
